Rishi Mittal, President
Rishi Mittal is a seasoned professional with over 17 years of experience in the field of Canadian immigration recruitment. As a licensed immigration consultant, he has built a reputation for providing expert advice and tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs. As a successful entrepreneur, Mr. Mittal has played pivotal roles in growing technology startups in the ride-share, quick-service restaurant and real estate sectors. As a co-founder of Ghost Kitchen Brands, Mr. Mittal oversaw 120 employees and raised more than $15 million in funding. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.
Arun Soni, Chief Financial Officer
Arun Soni has over 35 years of experience in finance, accounting, and management specializing in servicing the immigration, automotive, and technology sectors. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) and Charted Accountant from India (CA).
Lors Kushtov, Chief Technology Officer
Lors Kushtov is an experienced application developer and technical founder of various technology companies in the sports gaming, ride share, and entertainment sectors. He has overseen technical teams through software development lifecycles and successfully managed and onboarded more than three million users on in-house created software. Mr. Kushtov holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) focused on Computer Science from University of Toronto.
